OUR MISSION STATEMENT:
MINNESOTA DAIRY LABOR DEVELOPMENT PROJECT (MDLDP)

The mission of MDLDP is to support and improve Minnesota dairy farms by acting to ensure a consistent pool
of reliable and qualified workers. Dairy farm owners will be able to make continuation, expansion, and
transition decisions secure in the knowledge that reliable and qualified workers are consistently available.

MDLDP will identify, coordinate training for, and act as a clearinghouse for dairy farm workers, from entry level
to herd manager, with varying schedules on the farm.

MDLDP will promote outstanding dairy farm employer/employee relationships by ensuring that employers have
the skills necessary to successfully manage employees.
